Gallery Direct Oil Paintings offers free FedEx Ground shipping to all customers in the continental United States. All customers outside of the continental United States should call for a shipping quote. We purchase shipping insurance on each order and request that all shipments be opened and inspected before signing for delivery. Please refuse delivery on damaged products. Gallery Direct Oil Paintings guarantees that all orders leave our facility in good condition, if product is damaged upon delivery, we ask that you report this to us immediately. Any customer wishing to exchange or return a product should contact us directly within 10 business days of delivery to schedule the return pickup or exchange. Gallery Direct Oil Paintings does not charge any shipping charges to your location, but we do ask that you pay for return shipping on returns.. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, or credit towards another purchase. We care deeply about your satisfaction and will do anything in our power to meet your needs.
